2. The product
BIOTA1 is a consumer wellness device. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical concerns.
3. Orders & pricing
A contract of sale is formed when we confirm dispatch. Prices include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. We may correct manifest pricing errors before dispatch.
4. Platform subscription
Each BIOTA1 includes 12 months of platform access. After 12 months the platform is €2.99/month (or local equivalent). You can cancel at any time; the device continues to capture basic readings.
5. Right to cancel (consumers)
Under UK/EU consumer law you may cancel within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the device is returned in saleable condition. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
6. Warranty
Voicebiota Ltd offers a 24-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer the device or app, not to use the service unlawfully, and not to record third parties without their consent.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the price paid for the device in the preceding 12 months.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, save where mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence apply.
